Jong Suk (J.S.) Lim

CEO & Founder

For more than 15 years, J.S. has taken on lots of different roles and has carried out a variety of tasks in sports industry, as a basketball reporter/journalist; a team manager of Korean National Senior Men's Basketball Team; an International scout of professional basketball club; a FIBA certified basketball agent; and a FIVB certified volleyball agent.

J.S. earned his Bachelor's degree in Sport management from Columbia College Chicago and Master's degree in sport management from Florida State University.

Sungmin Hong

Legal Counsel 

Sungmin is a current lawyer and has been a member of Korean Bar Association since 2015. He is also a KBO (Korea Baseball Organization) certified baseball agent since 2018. His full knowledge of sports law and plenty of experiences in litigations will help our clients to avoid any wrongful damages from contractual issues. 

Sungmin earned his law degree from Kyung Hee University Law School.

Wayne Bradford

Consultant, Player Relations

Wayne is a well-connected veteran in the sports industry, especially in basketball and volleyball. He has been involved in the intricacies of sports related business for the past 10 years. As a player consultant and relations manager, he handles relationships in the US, along with player development of clients.

Wayne graduated from Davenport University with a Business Administration Degree.
